In this post I'm going to give a brief explanation what each of my mixtape includes, so one knows what to download :) I'll edit this post whenever I submit a new mixtape to this site.

Progetto Paperino - Afterhours Competition January 2008

This mixtape was made for a monthly competition that runs on Afterhours.fm web radio. This is a 60-minute journey through deep trance soundscapes, no vocal tunes included. (However, this one didn't succeed in the race)

This one was my first try on slower, progressive sound after a myriad trance sets played at home. And I'm still on that road, leaving trance more and more behind. This might be my best work to date, technically speaking.

Progetto Paperino - Paperino Feels The Vibe

An improvised set mixed in April 2008. I happened to record this one and it turned out to be one of the most consistent sets I have played (at least in my opinion). Summer is all around in this one, combining deep house, progressive, techno and Balearic trance.

A six-month-break comes to an end with this state-of-art DJ-mix. I used Ableton Live 7 to do things I couldn't have done using classic turntables. All the used tracks are listed here, although some of them are reduced to a couple of loops. There are some small tweaks here and there, all aiming to provide a 67-minute journey through deep melodic soundscapes themed with the Sun and death. I was under heavy influence of the both Involvers and Balance 014 while making this one. But of course I can't compare my work to Sasha or Joris Voorn, they are on quite a different level ;)
